He has an extensive culinary background and is a graduate of Institute of Culinary Arts in New York. He began his career in Russia when was just a student and started as a kitchen assistant in Staraya Tamojnia fine dining restaurant in Saint-Petersburg. Kirill quickly worked his way to junior sous chef and excelled from there.
His culinary path has included time at Viktor French and Japanese Fusion Restaurant in Saint Petersburg, Tinkoff Restaurant Brewery Chain in Moscow and many others. During his studying he held an internship in top restaurants of New York such as Daniel, Redfarm, Burger Joint, Lucali, Per Se, Fette Sau.
Chef Kirill Olkhovskii travels a lot as he cannot resist his wanderlust and draws inspiration from traveling. He moved to US few years ago and is now engaged in several startups:
